We're opening an exciting new café in the heart of Surfers Paradise — a fresh, vibrant space where great coffee, amazing food, and genuine hospitality come together. We're on the hunt for an experienced and hands-on Café Manager to lead our crew and shape the culture from day one.

What You'll Do

You'll run the show — from daily operations to creating a welcoming vibe that keeps locals and visitors coming back. This is your chance to put your stamp on something new and build a team that loves what they do.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a passionate front and back of house team
  • Managing rosters, stock, and budgets
  • Driving service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations
  • Creating a fun, supportive and high-performing workplace

What You Bring

  • Experience in café or restaurant management
  • A hands-on leadership style and positive attitude
  • A love for great coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing costs, stock, and systems
