Miss Cocoa's Coffee Roastery Drive Thru, Hervey Bay, is looking for a switched-on, energetic Cafe All-Rounder to join our fast-paced team. We're all about great coffee, quality food, and warm service - on the go. We are independently owned on the Fraser Coast.

About the Role

You'll work across all areas of the café- food preparation, coffee, service, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Whether you're already experienced or eager to start your career in hospitality, we'll train the right person. You will be working with a fantastic team.

Pay range shown in the ad are based on casual weekday and weekend award rates for the Fast-food industry (17 years old+).

What We're Looking For

  • Weekday + weekend availability (you must be able to work shifts during the week and weekends)
  • Experience in food prep, hospitality, or customer service
  • Great communication and teamwork
  • Able to keep cool in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for good food, great coffee, and happy customers
  • Commitment to contribute to a great team
  • Drive-thru experience is a bonus.

What You'll Do

  • Make and serve food and drinks
  • Barista coffee prep
  • Food preparation
  • Operate POS and manage transactions
  • Keep the cafe clean, tidy, and humming
  • Follow health and safety standards
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment
