**Join the team bringing a brand-new coastal café to life this December**
We’re opening an exciting new café in the heart of Surfers Paradise — a fresh, vibrant space where great coffee, amazing food, and genuine hospitality come together. We’re on the hunt for an experienced and hands-on **Café Manager** to lead our crew and shape the culture from day one.

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll run the show — from daily operations to creating a welcoming vibe that keeps locals and visitors coming back. This is your chance to put your stamp on something new and build a team that loves what they do.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Leading and motivating a passionate front and back of house team
- Managing rosters, stock, and budgets
- Driving service standards and guest satisfaction
- Ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations
- Creating a fun, supportive and high-performing workplace

**What You Bring**
- Experience in café or restaurant management
- A hands-on leadership style and positive attitude
- A love for great coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing costs, stock, and systems
