LatinOz QLD is seeking a passionate and organised
Program Coordinator
to lead the 2026 edition of
QWINBIZ: The Power of Ideas
, a program designed to empower women in Queensland to explore, develop, and grow their business ideas within the Australian market.

As Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the LatinOz QLD committee, program facilitators, and volunteers to plan, execute, and evaluate all stages of QWINBIZ — from participant registration and workshop coordination to communications, partnerships, and reporting.

Key Responsabilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of the
    QWINBIZ 2026
    program (10 workshops + mentorship sessions).
  • Liaise with facilitators, mentors, and participants to ensure smooth workshop delivery.
  • Manage logistics for in-person sessions, including venue coordination (New Farm, Brisbane).
  • Support the marketing team with program updates, participant communications, and social media coordination.
  • Collaborate with the committee to develop partnerships, sponsorships, and reporting materials.
  • Collect and consolidate participant feedback and maintain program documentation.

Requirements

  • Comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish, as the role supports participants and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Strong
    organisational
    and
    interpersonal
    skills.
  • Experience in
    event coordination, education, or community development.
  • Familiarity with
    small business, entrepreneurship, or multicultural initiatives
    is a plus.
  • Availability on
    Saturday mornings
    (workshop days).
