So, what do you need to be a Shift Manager with Five Guys?

  • 1 or more years of leadership experience within a restaurant environment
  • People & Leadership skills – your team is your biggest asset
  • Ability to thrive within high volume, high turnover establishments
  • Advanced communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Career driven & ambitious with the drive to grow with the business
  • Kitchen experience or Commercial Cookery degree is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work a rotating roster with the management team to ensure equitable distribution of shifts across a 7-day week.
