What does the job look like?

Linfox partners with iconic Resources and Industrial companies, providing specialised logistics services across Australia and New Zealand. Our Bulk Fuels business continues to invest in its people and resources, delivering innovative, safe and customer-focused supply chain solutions.

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Continuous Improvement Manager to coordinate and execute improvement initiatives across our Bulk Fuels operations. Reporting to the General Manager – Bulk Liquids, this influential, customer-facing role works with senior leaders, operational teams and key customers to identify opportunities, deliver projects and create measurable value.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and customer value.
  • Build and maintain a structured CI roadmap, ensuring initiatives are clearly documented, tracked and reported.
  • Partner with operations teams to manage change effectively, delivering projects on time, on scope and on budget.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities – workshops, business operating reviews and forums – to align priorities and co-design solutions.
  • Provide transparent updates to customers and senior management, ensuring visibility of progress and benefits delivered.
  • Support business case development, including cost-benefit analysis, CAM documentation and tender inputs.
  • Assess and support technology improvement initiatives that enhance service and efficiency.

  • Ability to develop structured business cases and translate strategy into operational reality.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, safety and customer service.
