We're looking for a highly organised and technically minded Corrective Works Coordinator to support our operations team across critical infrastructure including HVAC, and Fire Protection systems. This role is perfect for someone with a strong coordination background and hands-on experience in technical service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal operations teams to chase and consolidate quotes.
  • Upload quotes and documentation to client portals accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor and respond to client emails, providing timely updates on work order statuses.
  • Track and manage project KPIs to ensure service levels are met.
  • Prepare and submit extension of time requests and variations.
  • Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in service or project coordination or administration.
  • Technical background in HVAC and/or Fire Protection is essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with client portals and document management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
