This role sits within our construction division with a focus on silicone works and is based at our Narellan office. In this role, you will work in close partnership with our customers (the Builders' and Home Owner) and our in-house teams to schedule the work to be carried out. Delivering exceptional customer service is key to the success of this role, together with strong time management and organisational skills.
The ideal person is one that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple stakeholders and the ability to adapt to different customer and changing environment. Your strong administrative and invoicing's skills will see you thriving in this role.

We want to hear from those with experience in similar roles like rostering / scheduling clerk, construction administrators, general administration, property maintenance or insurance claims management.
Skills and Experience
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Continuous improvement mindset
· Computer skills and Microsoft applications. Smart Sheets experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
· Reliable and dependable
· Team Player and can work autonomously.
· General administrative duties.
· Building / construction knowledge is desirable but not essential
· Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude
