The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Wills & Estate Lawyer with at least 2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Provide expert advice and assistance on wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning.
- Manage probate and estate administration matters.
- Represent clients in estate disputes and mediation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals.
- Developing and managing own file loads
- Handle multiple competing tasks and workload while maintaining quality and service levels
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years PAE in Wills & Estate law.
- Strong technical knowledge in estate planning, administration, and litigation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Hold a current New South Wales practising certificate
- NSW drivers license
- Ability to meet KPIs
- Experience using Leap documents & LEAP accounting systems
