We are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our busy orthodontic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver outstanding customer service to patients in person, via phone, and through digital communication channels.

· Manage all aspects of the patient journey, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.

· Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth coordination between patients and practitioners.

· Administer patient records, ensuring all information is accurate, confidential, and up to date.

· Support patients with health fund queries, consent forms, treatment plans, and payment processing.

· Assist with patient queries, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their experience with our practice.

· Represent our practice in social media channels.

Essential Requirements:

· Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.

· Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage patient information, schedules, and documentation efficiently.

· Ability to navigate the full patient journey, ensuring all aspects from appointment scheduling to post-treatment care are handled smoothly.

· High attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
