About the role

Join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator at First Choice Dental, where you'll play a key role in guiding patients on their journey to better oral health. In this rewarding role, you'll combine exceptional customer care with clear communication to help patients understand their treatment options and feel confident in moving forward. Based at our modern Narellan, NSW clinic, this part-time position offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle while giving you the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic, video call or over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Effectively communicating treatment plans and costs to patients, highlighting the benefits and value of recommended dental services
  3. Handling patient inquiries/complaints and booking appointments
  4. Maintaining accurate patient records and updating treatment plans in the clinic's software system
  5. Supporting the dental team by coordinating patient flow and assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  6. Achieving personal and team sales targets through exceptional customer service and sales skills

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging manner
  4. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  5. A friendly, professional and empathetic demeanour when interacting with patients
  6. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures would be advantageous
  7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales
  8. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and experience in consultative selling or treatment plan presentations preferred.
  9. Ability to study and understand health concepts, with a strong willingness to learn and gain knowledge about dental procedures.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  11. Must have the legal right to work in Australia and be willing to undergo a background check if required.
