About the role

Westglass is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, Monday to Thursday (32 hours per week) at our office in Narellan, NSW. In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting showroom visitors and customers in a warm and professional manner
  2. Answering and managing incoming phone calls, directing enquiries to the relevant team members
  3. Handling mail and deliveries, and maintaining office supplies
  4. Ensuring a tidy and organised reception and office environment
  5. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred, on the job training is provided.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  4. Basic proficiency in the use of office equipment and Microsoft Office applications, MYOB an advantage.
  5. A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  7. Australian work rights are essential for this position
