Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for real estate? We're on the hunt for a Sales & Listing Administrator to join our high performing team on the Gold Coast.

In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with a team of successful sales agents and be part of a supportive administration team known for delivering exceptional service and fostering a strong team culture.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Preparing appraisal and listing kits, contracts, Form 6s, and REIQ-approved documents
  • Coordinating marketing collateral and listing content
  • Managing database entries and CRM updates
  • Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and agents throughout the sales process
  • Supporting auction and open home preparation
  • Managing online portals and property listings
  • General administrative and ad-hoc support across the sales process
Bonus Experience (Not Required):
  • Familiarity with Vault CRM / NurtureCloud
  • Confidence using Canva for marketing material
About You:
  • Prior real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • Immaculate presentation and a professional, can do attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
