What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

·       Experience in real estate administration, marketing, or a similar role would be advantageous.

·       Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting clients and the team.

·       A passion for real estate and helping clients achieve the best results.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Pre-Listing Coordination:

o   Coordinate with property managers to gather necessary documentation.

o   Ensure marketing invoices are sent and paid, and manage the communication of important property details to sellers.

2.   Property Prep Coordination:

o   Organize property styling, cleaning, and trade services to ensure properties are market-ready.

o   Create open home folders, checklists, and marketing materials.

3.   Marketing & Material Coordination:

o   Coordinate with photographers, body corporates, and other relevant parties to ensure marketing materials are accurate and delivered on time.

4.   Social Media & Communication:

o   Manage "Just Listed" and "Just Sold" messaging to the buyer database and property owners.

o   Request property updates, social media stories, and reels to promote listings.

5.   Open Home Support:

o   Assist with open home setup, greeting buyers, and managing enquiries.

o   Ensure open home materials are fully stocked and properly displayed.

6.   Buyer Enquiry Follow-Up:

o   Enter buyer enquiries into CRM, schedule appointments, and follow up to confirm viewings and appointments.

o   Cross-reference buyer details and update listings as needed.

7.   CRM Management & Report Preparation:

o   Organize and maintain client records, set reminders for follow-ups, and prepare market reports for clients.

o   Help prepare quarterly market reports and engage with buyers via social media.

8.   Settlement & Post-Sale Coordination:

o   Manage settlement timelines, liaise with solicitors and conveyancers, and ensure smooth communication throughout the settlement process.

You Must Have:

• A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential – please only apply if you meet this requirement).
• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
