Our client is a high-performing real estate agency who prides themselves on their customer service and sales-focused team. They're looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.

Your new role

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing critical documentation and ensuring compliance throughout the property sales process.

• Prepare and manage legal documentation throughout all stages of the property sales process.

• Coordinate and process Form 2 and Form 6 documentation, including settlement procedures.

• Review agency agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.

• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met prior to publishing property listings online.

• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and stakeholders to support smooth transactions.

• Audit auction documentation to confirm completeness and legal accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales administration role, ideally within real estate

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confidence, professional communication and strong time management abilities
