This is a high-impact role where you'll act as a strategic advisor, not just a salesperson. You will connect with ambitious 'nurse-preneurs' and show them a clear path to achieving their goals.
- Be a Confidence Builder: You'll be the first conversation that helps a nurse feel in control. You'll explain how 98% of our members report greater confidence in managing regulatory changes because they have a team and community watching their back.
- Articulate Unmatched Support: You will clearly communicate our core benefits, from connecting a nurse to a prescribing doctor in under a minute to providing expert complication management when it matters most.
- Solve the Admin Burden: You'll show practitioners how our simple systems help them ditch the mental load, automating everything from aftercare to inventory so they can focus on growth.
- Champion the Community: You'll share stories of our incredible peer community, a space where clinic owners share real-life challenges and wins with people who just get it.
- Unlock Growth Potential: You'll consult with serious business owners, explaining how our enterprise-grade infrastructure is built to scale with their ambitions, whether they're opening their second location or their tenth.
We're looking for a natural consultant who can translate features into freedom and confidence.
- You connect on a human level: You understand you're not selling technology; you're building confidence and enabling a dream. You listen more than you talk.
- You have natural empathy: You understand the motivations of someone leaving the security of the healthcare system to build a business on their own terms.
- You are a skilled and organised communicator, capable of managing a high volume of meaningful conversations emails and 10-15 calls daily) without losing the personal touch.
- You have sales experience, ideally in a SaaS, healthcare, or B2B environment where a consultative approach is key.
