About the Role

As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers - responding to enquiries, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth internal processes. Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service and drive sales success.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage the sales phone queue and triage requests to the right team
  • Process orders for additional licenses accurately and efficiently
  • Support the sales team with CRM updates, reports, and admin tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handovers
About You

You're proactive, organised, and love helping people. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team that's always evolving.

You'll bring:
  • 1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing or admin role
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • Confidence using CRM systems (or a willingness to learn)
