HR Coordinator - Place Estate Agents
Your role will be more diverse and varied than you have ever imagined, with a great opportunity to advance your skills and nurture your true generalist nature. Be prepared to be pulled in a number of directions, whilst supporting the needs of the 400+ staff members across 14 sales offices and our corporate function.
This is a full-time opportunity, available for immediate commencement and will be based at our beautiful Head Office located on James St.
**Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes
- Induct and on-board all new Place people
- Work alongside our Directors to provide advice and support on HR best practice
- Promote and ensure positive staff relationships
- Provide Directors with key employment data to assist in the decision-making processes
- Conduct remuneration reviews, assist Directors with staff performance, succession planning and implementation
- Be involved with and drive Place initiatives and various HR projects
- Provide HR Administration support with systems and processes
- Coordinate and implement required Workplace Health & Safety for Place Estate Agents
- Coordinate the processing of all new, changing and exiting staff
**Requirements**:
- Desire to grow and learn within an innovative leading organisation
- Ability to interpret legislation, Awards, together with policy and procedure and prepare effective employment documentation
- Ability to confidently communicate and provide education-based advice to stakeholders of all levels
- Resilience with the ability to work under pressure
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- 2+ years in a HR Administration or Coordination position
- Tertiary qualifications in the field
