Our internal marketing agency, Idealist, are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join their dynamic team As a Campaign Coordinator, you will have an active role in managing the end to end communication for all Place property marketing campaigns through Idealist.
You will be the go-to person for all internal and external clients whilst reporting to the General Manager for Idealist and working as an integral part of Brisbane’s top real estate brand.
Be prepared for your day to be highly reactive surrounding the sales activity of top performing Real Estate Agents - your ability to assist the team in exceeding expectations will be one of your best attributes
This exciting opportunity is located at the Place Estate Agents Corporate Head Office in the heart of the vibrant James Street precinct in New Farm and is available for immediate start.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Provide quality customer service delivery in line with well-established policies and procedures;
- Build valuable relationships with all internal and external clients, and act as the first point of contact for all enquiries;
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Idealist team to manage deadlines for the delivery of required campaign elements;
- Assist with general administration as required including opening jobs, updating systems proactively as campaign tasks are progressed/completed, and closing jobs; and
- Completing any other ad hoc administration duties as directed.
