We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers and to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer enquiries by phone and email in a friendly, professional manner
  • Book and manage daily jobs using our scheduling systems
  • Process customer sales and create invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Greet and assist customers when they drop off and pick up their vehicles
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers via email and phone
  • Source and order the required parts for the jobs
  • Keep customer and job records accurate and up to date
  • Provide general administrative and office support to the team

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy and confidence using booking or office systems
  • Experience working with database systems and office software applications
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
  • Ability to work well as part of a small, supportive team
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration
  • Experience in the automotive or trades industry is a bonus but not essential
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
