Service Advisor – Multi-Franchise Dealership

We're seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Advisor to join our busy multi-franchise dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day to day operations of our service department.

About the Role

As a key member of our service team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers; providing expert advice, coordinating vehicle service bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience from drop-off to collection. You'll work closely with our technicians, parts interpreters, and workshop controller to ensure every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and manage service bookings in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate repair and maintenance requirements clearly and accurately
  • Prepare repair orders, cost estimates, and invoices
  • Liaise between customers and the workshop to provide updates and approvals
  • Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Support warranty and recall processes where required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry (would be advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong communication, telephone etiquette and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and aftersales service excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy (experience with Revolution, or similar systems advantageous)
  • Current WA driver's licence
