Our Geraldton team is looking for a high performing Administration Officer / Client Service Officer who has a long term interest in Financial Advice and prides themselves on exceptional client service.

The position has the following core duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for MiQ Private Wealth Geraldton - greet and welcome clients and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Ensure a clean and organised work place.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Build long-lasting positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Accurately type, edit, and format letters, file notes, reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Address inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, or visitors.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Book and confirm Adviser/s appointments and invitations with clients.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Your experience:

Experience as a Client Service Officer will be advantageous.

  • Microsoft Office - intermediate as a minimum
  • Administration experience
  • Customer/client service
  • XPlan experience is desirable
  • Positive helpful can-do attitude
