To succeed, we need bright minds and team players. As our new Residential Account Manager, you'll manage and grow key accounts – primarily in the residential building area – by providing tailored coating solutions to meet our customers needs. Your role will be to drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage project home builder relationships.
  • Prospect and build new project homes opportunities
  • Build business proposals and financial assessments to secure new agreements
  • Provide technical support to project home builders.
  • Ensure business activities comply with legal, ethical and OH&S requirements

Have You Got What We're Looking For?

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a business development role is essential
  • High level of written and oral presentation skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively to manage multiple accounts
  • Great Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Planning and organizing time in relation to customer engagement, business development and site visits
  • Able to put a proposal together and presenting.
