Our client is seeking a National Account Manager to join the business and manage their largest Grocery account, Coles. Working across snacking and grab and go categories, this NAM will need to be resilient, attentive, and willing to work within a fast paced and agile environment, where no day is the same.

This dynamic role incorporates, but not limited to:

- Achieving Sales budget, margins and KPI’s
- Working closely with NPD, logistic and supply chain to resolve any issues that come up on a day-to-day basis
- Use data analytics to manage promotional calendar, seasonal products and to form sales and forecasting reports.
- Manage all tenders with Coles and other customers.
- Work with internal stakeholder such as, warehouse managers, site/factory managers across their 5 sites nationally and, logistic managers to ensure product delivery is delivered on time.

You will manage the Coles relationships, through end-to-end customer management via.
- Leading tenders, range reviews, pricing, sales and reporting.
- NPD launches, product replacement and category management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure impeccable customer service.

To be successful in the role:

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer centric approach
- ‘Can do attitude’
- Experience working cross functionally and managing multiple demanding tasks simultaneously
- Working in a hands-on role across Coles, Woolworths or Coles express would be advantageous.
- Strong data analytical skills
- Track record being on new business and developing accounts.
