**About the role**:
CSR are looking for a dynamic **Account Manager** to develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial builders and contractors. In this role, you will drive demand, increase revenue, and contribute to the growth of the commercial, and industrial segments within **Melbourne**. Your ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and convert leads into sales will be key to ensuring we achieve our targets.
**As an Account Manager you will**:
- Identify, scope, and grow opportunities in the commercial construction, and industrial segments.
- Promote **Exterior Systems** to commercial builders and contractors.
- Oversee project handovers and drive conversion from specification to sale.
- Collaborate with account management teams to align performance with sales targets.
- Develop and execute growth plans with key customers to increase market share.
- Continuously improve service and quality based on customer feedback.
- Monitor and report competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain a structured call cycle, manage the sales pipeline, and provide weekly reports.
**What you bring to the role**
- Sales Development, Business, or Construction qualifications preferred.
- Proficient in CRM administration and lead management.
- Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management.
- Strong ability to drive sales growth at the contractor level.
- Skilled in negotiation and influencing commercial outcomes.
- Proven ability to interpret technical product details and provide customer support.
- Confident in delivering professional presentations to key stakeholders.
