Are you passionate about policy, governance, and quality assurance? We're seeking a skilled Policy and Quality Officer to join a dynamic team focused on safety, people, and governance. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving organisational compliance frameworks and controlled document processes.

Your new role

  • Administer the controlled document process, including quality assurance and register maintenance.
  • Support independent reporting to executive leadership, committees, and regulators.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating compliance and controlled document frameworks.
  • Respond to internal requests related to compliance and document control.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven ability to work independently and provide technical guidance on policy and procedure development.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to write in plain English and engage across cultures.
  • Analytical thinking to interpret complex information and evaluate policy impacts.
  • Experience in compliance monitoring, reporting, and framework maintenance.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and compliance policy development.
