About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
IT Business Analyst
with a strong background in
data-driven projects
. This role is ideal for someone who can work across business and technology teams, with hands-on experience in
data modelling, reporting, and analysis
to help drive insights and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain
    data models
    to support business processes and reporting
  • Translate business needs into
    functional specifications
    for development teams
  • Work with stakeholders to design and validate
    data flows, mappings, and transformations
  • Support data governance, quality, and integration initiatives
  • Create documentation, reports, and dashboards to track project outcomes

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a
Business Analyst
on IT and data-focused projects

Strong knowledge of
data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical)

Proficiency in
SQL, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
, and data mapping

Understanding of
data governance, data quality, and integration concepts

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to translate business objectives into
data and system requirements
