Milestone IT is working with a leading client who is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Loyalty Program Management Systems. This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-impact program that enhances customer engagement and retention through advanced loyalty solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements related to loyalty program systems.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to support solution design.
  • Partner with technical teams and vendors to deliver enhancements and integrations.
  • Support testing, change management, and implementation activities to ensure project success.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement systems.
  • Hands-on experience with loyalty program management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen focus on process improvement and user experience.
