We're seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with a strong background in the
telecommunications or networks domain
to join a high-performing team. You'll bring business expertise, analytical excellence, and initiative to deliver outstanding outcomes for complex network and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document requirements.
  • Provide technical solutioning input across
    access and aggregation networks
    .
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture and refine requirements.
  • Develop
    User Stories
    , manage
    requirement traceability
    , and support delivery within
    Agile sprint cycles
    .
  • Coach and guide other Business Analysts as they join the initiative.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a
    Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
    in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong background in
    telecom, network infrastructure
    , or related technology domains.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative in solving business problems and shaping innovative solutions.
  • Experience working within
    Agile
    delivery models.
  • Degree qualification and a commitment to continuous learning.
