We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics Team team. This is a new position designed to support the Customer Service team by providing detailed reporting, analytics, and insights to improve operational performance and meet key targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic customer service and business analytics environment, driving improvements through data and insights. You will be supported by a collaborative team and have direct impact on meeting important operational goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis around Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure targets are met

  • Support the customer service team, working closely with the Manager and team members to develop skill sets and improve service delivery

  • Utilising sentiment analysis to measure customer service quality and extract ratings and insights

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and workflows, including managing SharePoint tools and workflow processes

  • Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify service gaps and key indicators for performance improvement
     

About You:

  • Strong analytical background with experience in reporting and data analysis

  • Experience with some or all of the following applications would be an advantage Sharepoint, Power Query, Python, VBA, Power Automate and Power Apps

  • Background in Analytics (preferred)

  • Comfortable working with data systems and tools

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate insights effectively

  • Past experience working within the Insurance or Workers Compensation industry would be beneficial but not mandatory
