About the Role

We're seeking a Technical Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of established clients while developing new opportunities across Western Australia.

In this role, you'll act as the key point of contact for your customers — building trust, understanding their operations, and providing tailored wear-resistant solutions that add real value.

This is a relationship-based role that combines account management, technical sales, and consultative problem-solving. You'll be supported by a highly experienced internal team and have the freedom to manage your territory with autonomy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing client base through proactive account management and clear communication.
  • Strengthening relationships with existing and new clients through regular site visits (Regional WA)
  • Provide consultative, technical advice to help clients improve efficiency and performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting and reporting within internal systems.

About You

  • Experience in technical sales or account management, ideally within mining, engineering or industrial markets.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude or understanding of wear solutions and materials handling equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A consultative, solutions-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your time effectively.
