We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist with admin duties to join our team at our Brunswick site. This pivotal role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontline Reception: Greet and assist visitors with a professional and courteous demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, data entry, process orders, following up orders, and document preparation, to support the efficient operation of the office.
- Courier & Freight Coordination: Organize and process incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve ad-hoc requests and queries efficiently, demonstrating sound judgment and resourcefulness.
- Maintaining, front office and reception: Overseeing front office operations and reception duties, including ordering stationery, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and tidy workspace.
Ideal Candidate:
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent phone manner.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle a range of tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with the ability to learn company software quickly.
- Professionalism: Demonstrates integrity, ethics, and a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative environment is desirable but not essential.
