What You'll Bring to the Role:

Previous experience managing a portfolio (end-to-end) is essential

A current Agent's Representative Certificate

A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confident communication style with a customer-first attitude

A team-oriented mindset with a drive to excel

Your Responsibilities:

Full management of a 160-property residential portfolio.

Conducting routine inspections, entry/exits, rent reviews, lease renewals, and handling VCAT matters.

Building trusted relationships with Rental Providers and Renters

Ensuring compliance and accuracy across all documentation and systems.

Working closely with internal admin and trust teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
