Project Coordinator – High Voltage Solutions

Location: Melbourne (Scoresby) or Perth (Joondalup)

About the Role:

  • Be the glue between pre-sales and execution, working with Proposal Engineers, Project Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Own the coordination of project documentation, logistics, and communication—your organisational superpowers will shine
  • Help drive milestone success, ensure compliance, and keep customers smiling.
  • Work in a values-driven culture that champions innovation, simplicity, and sustainability.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and documentation across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support project planning, kick-off meetings, and progress tracking.
  • Liaise with engineering and procurement to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with invoicing, compliance, and project close-out activities.
  • Facilitate logistics and communication across departments and clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Formal qualification in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in project coordination, documentation, logistics, and customer support.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process and precision.
  • Bonus points for technical knowledge in electric motors or HV VSDs
