If you've built a solid foundation in sales, honing your communication and relationship-building skills, the world of recruitment could be a compelling new frontier for you. Why? Because recruitment, much like sales, centres around identifying prospects, engaging customers, building relationships, and closing deals. The key difference? We are responsible for delivering the recruitment service we are selling, and the product is people.

While you play this very exciting dual role - promoting your recruitment services to companies and finding top-notch candidates to fill these companies' roles - you will gain a strong understanding of your industry market, client requirements, and salary trends.

About You
We're not fussed about recruitment experience. We're looking for high-potential people with drive, hustle and heart. You might be:

  • A retail leader or store manager who's nailed KPIs and loves the thrill of closing a sale
  • A sales gun or a customer service pro used to pressure, pace and targets
  • Or a recent graduate with strong academics and a competitive streak
