This is a newly created, full-time permanent role based in the heart of Sydney CBD, offering exceptional training, career development and a collaborative, social and friendly environment.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Paralegal to join the Real Estate team and work closely with a highly experienced Senior Conveyancer and wider practice group. You will gain exposure to a wide range of property matters while receiving outstanding training and mentoring.

Duties

  • End-to-end file management support across property transactions
  • Drafting correspondence, contracts for sale, settlement figures and legal documentation
  • Managing and maintaining client files and accurate data entry
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, solicitors and brokers to ensure smooth transactions
  • Using PEXA for electronic settlements and lodgements
  • Conducting and reviewing property searches, land title checks and due diligence documentation

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • 12+ months experience in a legal assistant, legal secretary or administration role within professional services
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • A genuine desire to learn and build a long-term career as a Paralegal within a supportive team
