Junior Resourcer
to join our high performing team in Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start or grow your career in recruitment. You'll work alongside a group of experienced consultants who are true experts in their fields, and you'll receive hands-on training and mentoring from a career resourcer with deep industry knowledge.

What you'll do:

  • Support Head of Resourcing & Recruitment Consultants
  • Research, identify and engage with top tier legal candidates
  • Write job adverts and assist with candidate outreach strategies
  • Manage and update our candidate database and job boards

What we're looking for:

  • A proactive and curious mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
  • A great attitude and eagerness to learn
  • This role could suit a law student looking to gain commercial experience in a professional services environment while studying
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a resourcing/support role is advantageous, but not essential
