Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
About Us:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, Gr8phics, a renowned Mint specializing in collector coins and corporate activities. Gr8phics is seeking a creative and dynamic Junior Graphic Designer to join their team and contribute to the development of packaging, promotional materials, exhibition graphics, and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement and Design Innovation:Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and practices.
  • Identify and incorporate current design trends to enhance the team's creative output.
  • Collaborative Design Development:Work closely with the Lead Designer, design team, internal and external clients, and suppliers.
  • Assist in the conceptualization, design, and production of diverse materials, including packaging, promotional items, exhibition graphics, and reports.
  • Creative Design Solutions:Produce creative design solutions while applying technical skills to ensure suitability for print and/or digital formats.
  • Print Coordination:Assist the team in liaising with printers and suppliers.
  • Provide print specifications and meticulously check printers' proofs.
  • Brand Compliance:Ensure all design work complies with Gr8phics' style guides and reinforces the company's brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite of professional tools.

Experience:

  • Suitable for recent graduates or designers with less than 5 years of experience.

Security Clearance:

  • This position requires a baseline security clearance.
  • The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
