Graphic / Brand Designer (Junior to Mid-Level)

6-Month Contract – Sydney (Hybrid)

We are recruiting on behalf of a high-growth Australian fintech that is transforming the way people invest and build wealth. With hundreds of thousands of active users and a bold brand presence, they are about to enter a major growth phase and are expanding their in-house creative team.

We are looking for a
Junior to Mid-Level Designer
who enjoys working across
brand, content and digital marketing assets
. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same, perfect for someone who wants variety and real ownership rather than being stuck in one lane.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Designing
    performance and social ads
    , email assets and campaign visuals
  • Supporting a broader
    brand refresh
    across digital and printed assets
  • Creating content for
    landing pages, product comms and visual storytelling
  • Working closely with
    Art Directors, Brand Designers and Marketing teams
    to bring concepts to life
  • Assisting with
    finished art and delivery-ready files

About You

  • Experience using
    Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong eye for layout, typography and finished art
  • Exposure to
    digital marketing or fast-paced content environments
  • Comfortable working to tight turnarounds while maintaining quality
  • Positive, collaborative and open to experimentation
