Sales Representatives Timber Floor

HTT is an Australian flooring company that has been in operation since 1993. Over the years, we have partnered with several well-known flooring distributors and established our showroom in 2007. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality wooden floors and professional services to our customers, ensuring they feel warm and comfortable in our high-quality wooden floors.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join us to meet our ongoing growth requirements. YOUR main duties would be,
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding track record in sales.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B.
- Strong adaptability and a drive to gain extensive knowledge of timber products and industries, with necessary support.
- Identifying new customers and business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Building strong and effective working relationships.
- Team player attitude who will "jump in" and help the team meet its objectives
- Capable of working independently and remotely as needed.
- Willingness to travel within the Melbourne metro area and occasionally interstate for client meetings
- A current Australian driver's license is a necessity.
- Minimum Year 12 completion or equivalent qualification.

TASK &RESPONSIBILITIESS:
- Hunt for new customers and new business opportunities, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Assist customers with orders, pricing and any other general inquiries, translating their requirements into practical product solutions.
- Promptly customer response inquiries from calls/emails etc.
- Report fortnightly on pipeline and activities.
