They're expanding their APAC presence and looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Key
Account Manager
to support and grow a portfolio of valued partners across Australia. In this role, you'll manage the entire customer lifecycle, drive portfolio growth, and ensure partners consistently receive exceptional value.

The Role — What You'll Do

  • Drive portfolio expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the key escalation point for partners, helping reduce churn and maximise retention.
  • Introduce premium and emerging product solutions aligned to client needs and market demand.
  • Proactively uncover opportunities to increase portfolio value, improve conversions, and enhance the partner experience.
  • Utilise internal account-management tools and market insights to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth onboarding, buying and deployment experience.

About You — What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B SaaS Account Management experience, with strong consultative selling capability.
  • Ability to manage a diverse and large client portfolio and adapt your approach to each partner's priorities.
  • Strong relationship-builder with excellent active listening and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and facilitate group discussions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong business acumen and priority management.
  • Comfortable challenging current processes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
