We're expanding our team, join our team as a full-time Marketing & Digital Executive.
Based at our office in Alexandria, Sydney, this role is responsible for the execution of ISC Sport marketing and digital activities for ISC Teamwear and ISC Pro. Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, you will play an important role in business growth through the effective use of digital platforms & provide marketing support to the business.

You will be highly organized, with attention to detail and have great interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver initiatives on time and within budget. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and sales team to curate, develop, and promote content designed to grow brand awareness & credibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting CM&DO to develop quarterly social media content calendar.
  • Develop, execute, and report on social media content and campaigns.
  • Develop, test and schedule monthly and campaign specific eDMs based on sales strategy.
  • General administration as required by CM&DO such as liaising with external suppliers, processing invoices, and maintaining budget tracking.
  • Manage complete process of Teamwear 'Club Shops'. Coordinate with Sales team to execute Teamwear 'Club Shops' from development to final reporting based on requirements.
  • Maintain ISC's website functionality and experience.
  • Using Adobe Photoshop to develop creative assets for social media, website and email marketing.
  • Developing creative briefs in line with campaigns, sales activities and working with designers to review and complete creative assets.
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and work with Sales, Product & Operations teams to resolve any online enquiries.

Essential

  • 1-2 years prior experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of marketing or communications
  • Intermediate skill level in Adobe Photoshop
  • Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst remaining efficient
  • A strong team player and ability to connect with team members
  • Knowledge of wider Microsoft 365 applications
