About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on
Marketing Manager
to join the team at
Baby Village
, one of Australia's leading premium baby retailers.

In this role, you'll lead the execution of Baby Village's marketing activities across all key channels – from content briefs and social media to supplier campaigns and influencer outreach. You'll be responsible for coordinating internal and external resources and bringing our marketing calendar to life, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance.

This is a practical, execution-focused role ideal for someone with at least
5 years' experience in retail marketing
, ideally in a
multi-brand environment
. You'll work closely with internal team members including our content creator, graphic designer, and digital performance lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing calendar and campaign plans
  • Create and coordinate content briefs for graphics, email, social and paid
  • Oversee organic marketing efforts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Manage email campaigns and own the Klaviyo calendar and coordination
  • Collaborate with supplier brands on joint promotions and marketing activations
  • Lead in-store activations and events in coordination with the retail team
  • Manage influencer collaborations, from outreach to content approvals
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored to each platform
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

You'll Be Working With

  • In-house graphic designer for creative execution
  • In-house content creator for short-form video and social content
  • Performance Marketing Manager (Julien) for digital campaigns and media
  • Retail team for store-level activations and promotions
  • Marketing contractors as needed

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in multi-brand or retail environments
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident managing content production, timelines and creative deliverables
  • Understanding of email and social media marketing best practices
  • Hands-on, collaborative and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable working in a small team with lots of autonomy
