**Position Overview**:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns for multiple brands within United for Care. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, foster cross-functional relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote United for Care and drive qualified traffic.
- Foster cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective execution of marketing requests.
- Manage campaigns and collaborate with external partners (digital agencies, designers, copywriters) from brief to execution.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Own, manage, and execute the social media strategy across all brands, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Oversee website updates, ensuring content alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
- Assist in events coordination, logistics, and budget management.

**About You**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing coordination or a related role.
- Successful track record in social media management, website updates, and marketing campaign management.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new ones.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge or experience within the NDIS
- Copywriting and content creation
- Photography and video skills
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot (or a similar CRM), Canva, and Google Analytics is a bonus.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
