We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Shopper Marketing Executive to assist in crafting and executing compelling campaigns that inspire shoppers and elevate our brand presence across Australia and New Zealand.

**The Opportunity**

At Krispy Kreme, no two days are the same. This role is ideal for a proactive and passionate Shopper Marketing Executive to support standout campaigns across our omnichannel business in ANZ. Acting as the connector between Marketing, Retail, Operations, and Commercial, you’ll collaborate with Design, Brand Comms, and other partners to bring our brand to life at the shopper level. This role requires a proactive team player who thrives on juggling multiple projects and delivering results.

In this fantastic role, you will be responsible for:
**Activation Execution**

**Lead the end-to-end execution of shopper marketing campaigns across Retail and Commercial channels in AU/NZ, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and delivery against key marketing KPIs.

**Develop and deliver campaign toolkits and communication materials (e.g,Trade Presenters) to ensure seamless and timely execution by field teams and Commercial partners.

**Brief and traffic digital assets with internal Digital and IT team to support campaign execution and digital screen content for both Retail and DFD network.

**Drive campaign development by setting KPIs, preparing briefs, managing timelines, briefing agencies and internal teams, and reviewing creative outputs.

**Retail & Customer Support**

**Represent the Shopper Marketing function in key Retail or Customer WIPs and internal meetings, confidently presenting plans and insights, and stepping in as lead when required.

**Reporting & Admin**

**Oversee campaign implementation, managing agency and supplier relationships, coordinating production and approvals, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.

**Analyse and report on campaign performance, drawing insights from marketing and retail operations data to inform future strategies and continuous improvement.

**Support budget management, including PO generation, invoice processing, and tracking campaign spend in collaboration with the Shopper Marketing Manager.

**Cross-Functional Coordination**

**Act as a key point of contact for Retail and Commercial teams, responding to day-to-day requests for marketing support and ensuring timely delivery of POP materials.

**Contribute to broader strategic projects, supporting the evolution of the Shopper Marketing function and driving innovation in campaign execution.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Degree in Marketing or Communications

Minimum of 2 years relevant brand or marketing experience

Marketing experience within the FMCG/Retail industry or within an agency environment managing relevant or similar accounts

Experience in executing and delivering marketing campaigns

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
