As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate and creative team.

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager across a broad range of marketing activities. Working across all three brands within The Kindred Co portfolio, you will help execute and manage campaigns across email marketing, social media, website content, and paid advertising.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 1–3 years' experience in a similar role (agency or client-side) who is passionate about fashion, digital marketing, and building a long-term career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and schedule six weekly email campaigns. Write engaging, brand-aligned copy and manage the end-to-end email marketing process.

  • Manage and optimise automated email flows. (Experience with Klaviyo essential.)

Website Management:

  • Coordinate with the Ecommerce Manager and Art Team to ensure the website is up-to-date.

  • Manage weekly homepage banner changes, bi-weekly product merchandising, and website upkeep across all 3 brands. (Shopify experience required.)

Marketing Calendar Management:

  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar for all three brands. Plan key launches, and content initiatives in collaboration with the wider team.

Advertising:

  • Work with the creative team and paid media agency to assist on planning and development of Meta and Google ads. Provide detailed briefs, copy, landing page links, and creative assets for advertising campaigns.

Social Media Support:

  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on campaign planning, content creation, and channel growth strategies.

  • Assist in producing basic video content and editing for reels and campaigns (desirable but not essential).

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting across email, social media, and website performance.

  • Analyse data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimise future marketing initiatives.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–3 years' experience in a digital marketing role, either agency or client-side.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing (preferably Klaviyo) and marketing automation.

  • Good understanding of Shopify and basic website management tasks.

  • Basic knowledge of Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Basic video editing skills for social media content (desirable, but not essential).

  • A passion for fashion, creativity, and emerging digital trends.
