What's on Offer
As our company continues to grow, we have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant & Office Administrator to join our team. This role is central to the smooth running of our office and involves supporting our managers and assisting across departments as needed.
Some typical duties include:
- Providing PA support to our management team (diary management, meeting coordination, ad-hoc tasks)
- Assisting the sales team
- General office administration and reception duties
- Assisting with recruitment administration for our clients
- Supporting marketing and events coordination
- Helping other departments with overflow tasks and project support
- Answering phones and managing general enquiries
- Maintaining office supplies
- Business development projects
We are looking for a kind, professional and diligent person to join our company. Someone who prides themselves on being of service to others and making a difference.
If you are the successful candidate, training in all areas of the role will be provided so you can develop a strong understanding of our business and how we support our clients. We want someone who enjoys building close relationships with our team and clients, and who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment.
If you have more than six months' experience in administration, PA support, or recruitment coordination, and meet the criteria above, we welcome you to apply. A relevant undergraduate degree is preferred but not essential.
Competency with standard IT programs is essential along with the successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications. You need to be someone who takes pride in their appearance and enjoys multi-tasking in a role where two days are never the same.

Schedule:
- You will work at our office in Camberwell from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
