About the Role

As a Key Contract Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of contract delivery, data, and client support. You'll work closely with our team and our clients to make sure services run smoothly, information is accurate, and contracts stay on track.

It's a varied role that blends admin, data, and people skills. You'll help manage bin services, review performance data, prepare reports, and support day to day operations across major waste and recycling contracts. Most importantly, you'll be learning every day and building confidence in a role with clear pathways for growth.

What you'll be doing

Contract Coordination

• Organise and lead weekly and quarterly client meetings
• Be a key point of contact for service requests and client queries
• Coordinate bin deliveries, pickups, and tender responses
• Prepare monthly diversion and performance reports
• Track invoicing and contract related financials

Data Management

• Input, clean, and manage complex operational data
• Help build custom reports and surface useful insights
• Audit transactional system data and manage pricing
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting or data issues
• Support client weighbridge and transactional software use

Administration

• Provide helpdesk and phone support to clients and team members
• Liaise with subcontractors, government reps, and internal teams
• Draft reports, letters, and regulatory submissions
• Keep CRM records updated and accurate
• Support audit responses and compliance documentation
• Pitch in with admin support as needed across the team

What You'll Bring

• A degree or qualification in business, environmental science, logistics, data analytics or a related field
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with data
• An interest in client-facing work, service delivery and environmental outcomes
• A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with MS Excel and database systems (experience with CRM, gatehouse or weighbridge software a bonus)
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with professionalism
