As part of our People & Cultureteam, you'll lead theend-to-end recruitment process for Educator roles across a portfolio supporting programs in Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia, partnering closely with Program Leaders to understand their needs and attract the right talent.

This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract position with the possibility for extension and eventually becoming a permanent role.

  • A spark for people and passion for purpose-driven recruitment
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments (bonus if it's in education or care)
  • Excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the agility to pivot when needed
  • Strong organisational skills and time management
