Salary Package: AUD75,000-AUD85,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our team at CMBM Pty Ltd, located at 26 Brandl Street, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113. Known for delivering efficient and professional office support, we are committed to excellence in administration, compliance, and team coordination.

Key Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and office service standards
  • Allocating human resources, office space, and equipment effectively
  • Assigning work and monitoring the performance of office staff
  • Managing office records, accounts, and administrative systems
  • Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and resolve issues
  • Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained in good order
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Ensuring office operations comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, payroll, performance management, training, and supervision

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of proven experience in an office management or administrative leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in office administration, compliance, and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of HR functions, payroll processes, and workplace regulations
